Rain Water Harvesting

At CRDAM PG College, we are dedicated to sustainability and environmental stewardship, which is why we have implemented an advanced rainwater harvesting system. This system has a capacity of 10,000 liters, enabling us to efficiently collect and store rainwater, which is a vital resource for maintaining our lush green campus.
Our rainwater harvesting system captures runoff from rooftops and other surfaces, storing it in a specially designed tank. This stored rainwater is then used for various purposes, such as irrigating our gardens, maintaining our lawns, and supporting other non-potable water needs on campus. By utilizing this system, we significantly reduce our dependence on municipal water supplies, promote water conservation, and contribute to a sustainable environment.
At CRDAM PG College, our commitment to using innovative solutions like rainwater harvesting reflects our dedication to creating an eco-friendly campus and instilling environmental awareness in our students.
